Realms Turn PVP off for the ones who want it off

Turn PVP off for the ones who want it off or make it so you can only pvp around your own level.
It is not fun when you are around level 50 - 60 and level 80's keep spawn killing you and you have to wait 2 minutes or longer to respawn or repair your equipment.
