If you already sent email to [email protected], wait for an reply. There's no speeding up the queues, or the process.
I have been waiting for 3 days now and nothing is happening. Warmane Staff are very slow it's just frustrating. They don't even answer my Email..
Deleting an account isn't an instant process. Neither are tickets, there are other people too. You can make a new account but we're not going to accept another email platform.
I have 3 @gmails the first two are for my personal use and the 3rd which is the last one is for video games. How do I make a new account when you don't allow me with other platforms??
Personally I find the better question to be why would you need the account deleted to use the same email creating a new one.
Just personally again, but I'd say in such situation you should be very patient with Support, allowing them to take however much time they might use to get around to essentially giving you a clean slate, instead of leaving your email blacklisted and having you create a brand new one to play in our servers, along with very thankful when they do it.
I wrote everything I need to support . I'm even still waiting and well no problem I'll wait a month if I have to. But I hope I can play here again. I just thought they were ignoring me but thanks to you I found out I have to wait for quite a while.
