So I know this topic is not new, but let me tell my story:

2 month ago, I found a guy who botting on Icecrown horde glyph market. His pattern was absolutely blunt - he made a stack of glyphs on his alt, put in his guild bank, logging in trade char and with using TSM post function + Autoclick just selling glyphs for 12-16 hrs straight.

I started to search videos on youtube on same pattern, found a video with this autoclick+autorun hack and even another video on "AH botting warmane" theme where this guy was competing with another bot using same pattern. That video was 4 years ago. So made a ticket with all screenshots and links on this video to get this guy banned. So after 1 week - got message "We will investigate". So as you guess - nothing happened. After 3 weeks of tickets 1 good GM - banned this guy.

In 3 days, that guy just kicked all banned chars from guild and made a new one. Same pattern, same glyphmaker, same 3 weeks of tickets and this char also was banned, but again guild, guildbank and maker still alive - so that guy just made a new character and do same things. So I just /w that guy and told that it was me who made a ticket on him and blackmailed that guy for 100k gold so I won't make any more tickets. He paid me and also in this dialogue I mentioned all his characters so it would be a prove, that it was his alts. Made a new ticket adding dialogue with screenshot. And guess what - GM ban only a seller, but this time it took only 1.5 week.

The whole guild of this guy is still alive, I even found his 2nd guild (same characters name and guild name, just with few letters different). And tbh by this time I'm really tired to make endless tickets with screenshots, because it's taking like 20-30 minutes to make screenshots and describe pattern. And it would be a great luck to find GM, who really does his job, but for some reason not banning whole guild.

I know that forum rules forbids to post any names - so if someone interested on screenshots where I take money from that guy - you can PM me.

My main question here - is any legit way to contact a GM, without waiting 3 weeks to ban the bot, especially if that guy was already banned and all proofs exists?
