Hallow's End - [The Masquerade] - How to complete? No wands...

Hi all,
Fairly new to the server and have an 80 toon that I'm trying to do all the World Events for the drake...having issues with Hallow's End - [The Masquerade]...there are no wands dropping at all and no one looking to trade wands in chat...
I've been logging in every day to the The Headless Horseman and Trick or Treat with the Innkeepers.
Can anyone shed some light on how this works on Warmane, as I'm fairly sure I should have seen at least one wand drop for me at least...but zero.

for that you will have to search global, it is doubtful that you will get all the wands yourself.
