Technical Every time reset settings of the game

Hey, after a while i download warmane but every time I turn on the game the settings are reset (sounds and graphic) and the wotlk intro starts playing as if I was turning on the game for the first time.
Have take the game folder out from torrent
Uncheck this read only
but its happens every time to me

config.wtf is obviously still read-only and settings are not being saved.
