Is warmane on the old WoWTLK and the old TBC or the new one "Classic"

I come from the official servers, and I've been playing here for years, but I really want to know if this server is using the old expansions or if they've incorporated the new features from the "Classic" era of the official servers.

People make a lot of claims when it comes to what's best in this game, across all expansions and patches. I think the meta depends on the current state of the game, what classes and specs are being played, the common play styles and quality of player behind the screen. Basically the meta adjusts to fit the best counter and good players can make almost anything look good, even great if the alternatives lack competition. We see this in a more pronounced way when looking at people who make whatever class we're playing seem bad but it's the same concept.
