Can you buy the PVP mount only with the proper rank and without the specific riding training?
If I'm an undead and buy Black War Kodo (PVP mount) without kodo riding training, will I able to mount it in TBC?
You should be able to ride it in TBC without Kodo Riding. The change was introduced in patch 1.12 in original Vanilla, but I guess we will get it with the TBC release (or in prepatch). I understand the logic behind delaying the change since it wouldn’t make sense to revamp the entire mount system for just the few weeks left of Vanilla content.
As i know, in pre-path will be a shift in costs of mount/training. So now the main cost is the mount, when pre-patch hits it will be the training, and you will get training skill according to a mount in in your inventory (if you have 100% mount yoyu will get 100% skill level)
