WotLK Deleted characters

I got 2 accounts, one with Premium, not on my mail and this one.. first acc with Premium i cant get acces to mail so i cant recovery this acc with Blood Elf Priest 6.5 title Kingslayer and mount Invicible this is created on start of Warmane so i forgot username and password.. On this account where i making this ticket 4 characters are deleted.. 3 with lvl 80.. im not newbie i play from start of Warmane.. can i get any help for NEW START or something that would be great from you.. As you can see i am Envoy on this acc, with more than 2k ach points and in good standing.. Hope you understand and help me with this and get me a new good start <3

As for the second, I'm not sure what do you mean with "help for a new start." As in Staff giving you free stuff? That's not going to happen. The only cases where we delete characters is during inactivity clean ups and if a server is closing and you should have manually requested a transfer for your characters, like when Frosmourne seasons ended. Any other deleting has to be made from within the account by someone who got access to it. In all cases it only happens if there's user negligence.
