Am I cursed? 20+ Full WOTLK Raids and 0 scrolls? Could be someone be so kind as to share with me the exactly low droprate for scrolls of deception to know how deadly unlucky I am..?

each boss from level 80 raids have about a 1% drop chance. Ruby Sanctum has 1 boss. so essentially 1% per run. ICC has 12 bosses so effectively 12%.
only advice anyone can really give is just do all the raids all the time. good luck
