Greetings. I am writing about this matter. I'm from Ukraine, 11 years ago I started playing on some other server (this is confirmed by early achievements on the character). I haven't played for the last 4 years due to family reasons, and then because of the war. Now I understand that this server is Russian and 85% of the users there are Russian-speaking.
I wanted to ask if I could transfer the character to your server? My character does not have a lot of gold or the maximum level of gear, It’s just that it’s dear to me as a memory of good times, and with my age I don’t have enough free time to reach that level again. Therefore, I will be looking forward to your answer. Thank you!

Not sure where you got that the server is 85% Russian or Russian-speaking either.
