Burning Crusade Can`t log in

Hey, after a few days not playing I`m trying to log in to my account, but I`m not getting the authorization code / email. I tried to recover it on the website, but it says I don`t even have the 2 factor login turned on. What am I supposed to do ? (writing from a different account rn which works fine I`m getting emails for this one)
