WotLK need help for toxic player

I have problems with a toxic user, in the distribution of the loot of the lich king in the normal reflection chamber, he gave the item Crystalline Citadel Gauntlets that are for tank, I went as dps, but before giving him the need, I asked in the chat if I could keep the item, my teammates tell me if I can keep it by chat and then I give him the need. In the end the user begins to threaten me with Ninja Looting when before giving him the need I talk to everyone by chat to ask if I could keep the item.

I need help with this Toxic user, after that I wrote to him telling him that I could give him the item if he wanted it but he threatened me that he had already reported me for ninja looting when he didn't.

If you need rolled tank item as DPS, and didn't win, nothing's going to happen.

If you rolled need and won while even one person said no when you asked for need roll, or just simply didn't say anything, that counts as ninja loot.

For OS need rolls, you must ask if everybody are okay with you rolling need. This must be done before making any rolls, which means time's limited. If even one player says no, or doesn't reply, or doesn't explicitly agree to it, you're not allowed to roll need for it.
