You can make it and much more using weak auras. Such basic things as energy bar is very simple to do and learning basics of using weak auras will customizing your UI.

Two separate WeakAuras: one tracks Combo Points, the other tracks Health/Power and Energy Tick

NOTE: If Rogue and using Personal Resource Display WeakAura: If you wish to use this as Rogue, simply type /WA - open PRD - click 'Tick Energy Rogue' - go to 'Trigger', and remove 'Trigger 3'.
NOTE: If Rogue and using Combo Points WeakAura: If you wish to use this as a Rogue, please type /WA - open 'Combo Points' - go to 'Trigger', and delete 'Trigger 2'.

For some reason the "Adrenaline Rush" cd/active buff doesn't seem to work. I tried checking if it uses the proper spell id/etc

I checked out the NugEnergy port you linked for 3.3.5a, and it looks pretty solid. Thanks for putting in the effort to update it! The GitHub repo seems well-organized, and I appreciate the clear instructions on installation and usage.
