I want to make a holy light machine gun build for BGs because fol doesn't heal enough against multiple opponents. The idea is to use 5/5 wrath set and PvE offparts + trinkets with haste. With the planned gear setup I'll have +1250 resilience, +25% haste and can cast holy light in 1,39 seconds when judgement of the pure and light's grace are up.
Now the question is if https://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=50348 and https://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=54588 proc from judgement and if they'll proc often enough.
I already tested DFO on the dummy and judgement didn't proc the trinket even once. Proc chance of DFO is only 10% so I can't tell yet if judgement can't proc DFO or if I was just unlucky.
What do you think about DFO and CTS? Worth it or a waist?
Judgment is a weird amalgamation of melee and ranged. It functions with ranged mechanics (on the back-end, server-side), but works with melee stats (hit, ap as opposed to ranged ap, as a couple examples). Though I remember hearing, back in what is ancient history now, that a there's a talent that you invest in should change Judgment to effectively become a spell, functionality-wise. Though I don't recall if it's Judgment of the Pure or Enlightened Judgments that does this, or even if it is coded to work in that way on Warmane or private servers in general.
Interesting. But judgement scales with sp, ignores armor and also benefits from curse of elements if I'm not mistaken. That makes it even more confusing...
Well, even if it would theoretically be possible to proc these trinkets with judgement I think the trinkets are still not worth it as a back line healer.
If I use judgement on cd it would take approximately 50 seconds or more until DFO or CTS proc. I think they wouldn't have enough uptime to be worth it.
