WotLK Patchwerk parry ?

Today I was doing the weekly quest with my bear druid as tank. It's my main, and I play druid for at least 20 years.

With no main changes between servers, retail, and all the years that has passed, this is the first time I saw a parry in a skill with +8% hit rating equipped.

Could anyone explain me this? Maybe I am too much in wrong and is "working as intended"

Getting parried is because you are infront of the boss and is directly linked to expertise, not hit rating. 26 expertise cap is for people not get parry behind the boss. As a Tank this will happend.

In that case, Why I am getting parryed with 29 of expertise?

My prot pally has 32 exp, still gets parried from time to time.
