Equipment is missing

Good afternoon (although not very good), my character’s equipment has disappeared, namely the “Spinesever”, how can you explain this?

The item was supposed to be released with patch 2.3 content so it has been removed.

So the best option was silently remove it, without any information anywhere, and lose people money and time to make this money without giveing anything back to them because they cause some mistake coded this piece of gear incorrectly, and on top of that still don't even saying a word pretending nothing was happend. Nice solution of problems.

Would have been better to let the players keep the item but make it unequippable or something.

I'll put the Solid Gold Coin you replaced my Spinesever with in the bank... and I expect a Spinsever in it's place come 2.3... Or 30 coins added to my account for making me feel like I was crazy cuz I didn't see it in my bags when I logged in and it made me question it's existence in the first place...

Warden's Arrows are missing too

The blue 37 damage bullets disappeared, they were replaced with the white 32 damage ones, the users don't have them either. Is this serious? Without warning?

Warden's Arrows were added in Patch 2.0.3. Whoever is responsible for these "changes" got patch notes tangled with classic 2.5.1 and went by: higher number? it must be released later!

Yea why in the world did they get rid of the arrows/bullets that were in tbc for forever? Just up and replaced them for no reason with ****ty ones in our bags too.
