Today DECREASE drop rate of mote of air from elemental air?

Goodmorning i farm elemental air and usually 100 mob give me about 30-40 mote of air today i kill 100 mob and get 9 mote of air they decrease drop? anyone know nothing about this? thanks for answer boys
