WotLK Help! I'm stuck in a random dungeon group and can't leave party!

I joined a dungeon group that was already in progress replacing the tank. Shortly after the group disbanded, I tried inviting my wife to the party, but it said that I was still in the party. I tried logging off and back on, reloading the ui, unstucking myself, running into a dungeon, and tried joining a dungeon (which I was unable to do because the party I should not be in is full), but nothing has worked. I have no idea what else to try doing other than putting in a ticket?
