I'd like to suggest the next things:

- Guild Bank in the mall area.
- Outland Factions Mounts quests, same system as the marks exchange x rep (also the req: exalted and 50k honor each mount)
- Allow10-man premades for Non-random BG's queues.
- BOJ's are useless atm, could be nice to give it value within any exchange for honor or something else.
