Solo Que - Wrath of the Lich King

Hello everyone!

Mainly i am playing Disco Priest Solo Queing and i have trouble with climbing more than 1.9 rate.
I have a lot exp In Arenas, but i just can not make more than 1.9 rate. Yesteray i was at 1.9 and today i fall to 1.6, it is like 70% Lose games. I am wondering why always in my team are dumb ppl like paladins, which do not using their Bubbles, Hand of Hop's, Freedoms ETC... Mages do not using Ice Blocks, Shamans not using Hex, this is just not normal. I can not carry two dumbs each arenas. So... Please give me some advices like which time i have to play Solo Que, any strategies for Solo Que everything that i need! I am playing good at pillars and i know pillar is the best friend of Disco Priests but yeaaah.. I just cant make more than 1.9 and i think 90% of this fact is cuz of dumb ppl in my team. Please give me some advices!
