Burning Crusade Afk report system is ineffective

Hi !
It's a common grief that i have seen a lot and we don't have the tool to fight against it especially when it's a bot. Many people have spent too much time and energy trying to counter the behaviour but we can't. They will stay in the bg until the end with 0 dmg done nor heal. For me, it's a killer vibe and the community is suffering from it. I would like to see somes changes about it like:
- a shorter debuff before getting kick
- a passive tracking with report for repetitive behaviour
