Hello , i just want to know Something For exemple if i host 1 raid somone come in raid he is coming to troll the raid he ignore calls he switching msg after every boss because his items not droping he insult you on discord (mother country religion what ever of kid of insult ) what i can do i have to keep him in raid ? or im right to kick him

You're completely free to kick someone disturbing the raid like that.
Just take some screenshots of all that in case he opens a report trying to make it look like he got kicked for no reason. After all, anyone could try to go around kicking people to remove them from the loot distribution, and then claim "they were trolling."

he was insulting on discord means warmane they dont take discord as proof and the guy you can check his armory also he dont even need 1 items i did take screenshot with his afk he is not doing damage and its still the same ? even in raid if its ninja he is not rolling same items than me like range and mele total opsit and i think they can check about items if it was rolled who get items since they can inspect the trade so i just want to know how we can manage with this because getting ban 60 days for this reason and there is no ninja its complety bad and its time to think to do somthing because if there is no rules no point to play

You can kick them, but you'd need to roll loot they're eligible for before doing so.

If they're being racist discriminatory douche, then you can report them, if you have evidence.

he was insulting in discord how you can report in discord ? he can put dif name so no point to report and the guy he dont have any items to roll ? so what kind of items he will roll ? he will just come to spam or try to disb and the raid ?

No, what he does on Discord won't matter for us.
Him not doing damage or being afk also mean nothing on their own, he could have had an emergency.
Him rolling on items mean nothing on their own again, unless you can prove that went against the loot rules for the raid and that he never called for rolling on off-spec or whatever.
The rules are fine as they are, but you will have to prove something against the rules happened. No one will get banned because of "trust me bro" arguments.

emergency and insulting on discord ? i don think he was talking on discord but not playing in game , there is no items for him not even mark so what i can do to him somone who want to play why he just go afk and insult insult insult all raid agree and say just kick this guy so what i will do i will keep this guy and i let him insult me or what i just want to understand since you dont take discord as proof
