WotLK Couldn't get loot from the boss Lord Marrowgar (lost loot)

Explanation:
February 8th In the raid ICC10 hm (RL Kyytaika) at approximately 1 p.m. according to server time, the following loot dropped from boss Lord Marrowgar: Sliver of Pure Ice and Linked Scourge Vertebrae. There was a group loot. RL clicked NEED on both things and relogged in game. After he entered the game, the loot remained in the boss and no one could get it. Changing the loot master and changing the person responsible for loot did't help.
The character with nickname Wintershamy needs both things. RL gave the raid leader to Wintershamy so that he could try to pick it up himself, but nothing worked (ScrnShot 2). The loot remained in the boss and no one could pick it up.
Please help in this situation and, if possible, return the items to shamy. Thank you.
