Technical I cant play the game. Bug using flight master mount and i cant dismount

As it is, I have a huge error in the game, and that is that I specifically returned to the game today and apparently I disconnected when I was flying the flight master mount. Well, in flight path it starts to give me a fatal error and it starts to bug. It crosses the mountains inside and when I get close to monsters or characters, errors appear like: error when reading a monsters files. PLEASE HELP. I WANT TO PLAY. ONYXIA

Try the unstuck tool on the website under My Account -> Services -> Free.

Even if you unstick your character and it seems to work, your client is corrupted, you have to download it again. Otherwise you will keep getting those errors.
