What GS is realistic to expect an invite to tank TOC and ICC on Lordaeron?

Here is a sort of Pre-ICC 10 BIS list you can use to guide yourself:

All of the items on this list are BOE, crafted, or badge items that you can grind EOT in heroics 5 man spam, and saving EOF from VOA/weeklies/dailies/holidays events; in otherwords: no raids other than VOA. The one exception is the weapon from Heroic POS. There are lesser weapons you can get from other locations or dungeons, but you really want to try and win that tank weapon in Heroic POS ASAP. I have geared countless Prot Paladins on both Lordaeron and Icecrown and I avoid TOC 25 pugs most of the time, for my own sanity. The list will get you to average of ilvl of just over 245 and will be enough for you to do at least the first 4 bosses of ICC 10 norm with ease. Those first four will have upgrades to your weapon, neck, ring, and bracers, and shield, and you can farm the first 4 to start saving for your t10. I realize the list I posted is a lot of grinding, especially the EOF cloak, trinket, and belt, but all the EOF badge gear I linked is very good or actually BIS items so they are all worth aiming for. The EOT badge helmet can be skipped if you like since it is quite expensive. Most of the crafted gear I make on every tank I gear up, of which the chest piece will probably be the first of them to be replaced when you buy your t10 chest. The crafted legs are BIS.
