Thanks for the information but I have a question what should I do if the selected party is weak and not suitable for making a dungeon? It turns out that I have to leave such a party playing as a tank and waste time with such players and expose the next tank to a similar situation. Why in such a situation is the "tank" class, which is in the minority, punished for not preparing other players for the dungeon?

Guess others didn't waste time, only you did? Tank, healer, DPS, doesn't matter, you're not anything special.
If you don't want to do a specific dungeon - leave.
If you don't like the RDF composition - leave.
Maybe consider premade teams for RDF in the future.

ok now I will put information at the beginning of the dungeon: "I am equipping the remaining paladin's specialties, I need all the items regardless of whether it is cloth, letter, mail, plate. If it bothers you please remove me. If it is a weak group I will leave myself." Will it be better or am I breaking the rules here?

You can't ask for others to remove you or refuse to play the dungeon, no exceptions. If you are not content with the group then you must leave.

With that kind of self-centered views and greediness, may I recommend you to uninstall WoW or any other multiplayer game where the loot isn't personal, and play some single player games instead?
Are the groups actually weak, or are you just not that skillful?

There is a role system. Everyone has an equal chance if they want something. Why can't I need an item that I can use?

If I play a tank and want items for off spec, should I go to a dungeon as a heli and wait over an hour for a tank? A beautiful prospect of wasting time.

I recommend playing a tank and seeing for yourself how hard it is to make a hc dungeon with a dream theme. Where people use a maximum of 2 keys on the keyboard. making a dungeon for 3 hours is not fun

So if I want to equip 2 specializations I have to play this specialization and I have to wait over an hour for a tank even though I can play a tank myself? It's not logical. Why can't I need the item that I need? Do it like in Cataclysm, that people who use a plate can only need a plate and that's it. Although for now people who use a plate can also wear and use other items in this version too. I think the problem lies somewhere else and that someone probably has a problem accepting that someone goes to the dungeon for items. And the need button is for using it when you need something. Otherwise you don't go to the dungeon. Of course, there's still reputation. It doesn't change the fact that I press need when I need something.

If you want to roll need on two different roles' items, is it equal chance for everyone? Others follow rules and greed OS items, or ask if they're allowed to need. While you should be allowed to do whatever you want?
There is role system, and you're are trying to get loot for two specs instead of one. Nothing wrong with that. Issues arise when you think you have the right of rolling two roles just because you "need" items for two specs, or because you think you're some privileged individual as a tank. Did you think others don't need items for two specs?
That's how RDF goes when gearing OS. Either you go with your "MS" and hope to get few OS items when others agree with it, which is rare. Or you play as that OS so that if an item drops that you need for that spec, you don't have to ask anybody for a permission.
What did you expect would happen when you want your OS items, while others still need the same items for their MS? Ofc they deny you the chance.
I've played them all. There have been situations where tanks only know two keys too. It's not limited for tanks to have bad teammates. That's why you have four options: Premade, tolerate, kick, or leave.

I got banned because the party didn't want to remove a weak player so I wrote "throw me out" and I left. Awesome options. Now I know what the possibilities are. ****ty.
That's why you often wait 60 minutes for a tank and leave the game without doing anything. Or someone writes that for 100g you can make your character available as a tank but if the group is weak he leave anyway because the dungeon is impossible to do.
