SSC Attune bug

Hello, for some reason i can not turn in my ssc attune quest. Quest log say quest complete - check here ( https://imgur.com/mpOeKVf ) when i click on the NPC it shows yellow question mark - check here ( https://imgur.com/I3IIj5T ) but when i click that this happens - check here ( https://imgur.com/TVOdc4m ) - ( https://imgur.com/3x9BjHr ) . I try so far to disable all addons didn't help. I del cache go try again still same problem.

Place the items in your bank and pick them up again

done that 2 and it didn't help i went 5 times to sp hc so far

went in there today to disband/pick up quest again and for some reason i was able to turn it in and complete the attune, only thing i did this time is bring a friend to sp hc with me and it worked!
