I know the data is in server chat as it happens, but is there a historic log to see somewhere?

Staff only. Not for players.

thats not exactly accurate because it is posted in the server chat. You can randomly see ACCOUNT IUH******* was banned for 7 days for blah blah blah blah. The entire server sees it, no its not 'for staff only' if the admin is posting it that way.

While bans can be seen on chat, the actual full list is only for Warmane to see.

You can collect this data and host the list somewhere, if that's what rocks your boat.
