    Manual :Heavy frostweave bandage

    Hi
    I ma currently level 79 with 400 first aid. Finished completely Zul'drak and Sholozar but never seen this item drops. It supposed to drop from every mob in this areas . Is that normal ? Should be at least drop from 80's dungeons ?

    Today I got it from NPC Drakuru Blood Drinker in Zuldrak. The drop rate there is only 2-3%. You are just unlucky. GL
