MS issues while WPVP

So our guild was doing WPVP with some multiboxers and you can see what happens on this video:

everyone got freezed for like 5 seconds, both on horde and alliance, so it has to be server sided.

Any idea on how to fix that infuture?

It's your connection, which is why the computer icon at the bottom turns yellow.
