Soloq in a duoq

Hi there,
so as i've been told, there were recent changes now that if you que as "duoq" in "soloq" you will get 1x points per win, but instead you will lose 2x for a loss. Now that is all well and good, but why the 3rd person, that has qued as "solo" and got into such party, has to suffer and lose 2x points? I qued solo to play solo, not with 2 uknown ppl that are premading, why should I take the fall and get -2x if they **** up?
