Technical Windows mode problems (Onyxia).

Hello, so i am having window mode problems with my client, everytime i reload/relog the game goes into 'not responding' state for around 10-20 seconds, now this doesn't happen if all addons are disabled, and it doesn't happen if i have just one addon enabled, i've tested with every addon i've got and it works fine, but if i enable more than one addon this problem occurs. Doesn't do it on full screen mode with all addons enabled only windows mode, but i hate full screen mode because i'm constantly on another monitor. Don't really understand whats happening with it. I uninstalled game client reinstalled didn't work(Warmane old version) after reinstalling i now get random 1-2 second freezes when opening Character panel for instance but before reinstalling i didn't get this problem now i do. Reinstalled all addons(from Warmane forums) also doesn't work, so i'm really stuck on what could be causing this issue. (Definitely not a pc issue either atleast performance wise). Tried turning Vsync on, hardware cursor off, Reduce input lag off, Triple buffering on, disabled resize, making the program run as admin, etc nothing works only fullscreen mode stops it or disabling all addons. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue, really don't wanna play full screen mode. Had this issue for aslong as Onyxia has been around and i've always just ignored it but now its just really bugging me, wondering if anyone knows something i don't. Thank you.

Also have all Directx files, 9,10,11,12 etc, its on Windows 10. LAA does nothing before anyone suggests this, deleting cache/wtf does nothing either.

Okay so i've just solved my own problem if you maximize the windows mode it completely stops this so i would normally play windows mode and put SET gxWindow "1" in the config without having the windows mode maximized prefer it without, but i just tried adding SET gxMaximize "1" to maximize the windows mode it completely stopped all freezes and game not responding fast reloads/logouts now. windows maximized is liveable but makes 0 sense why when not maximized the game constantly not responding. Will leave this post in the hope it helps others with same problem.
