1. I bought an item for the wrong character

    Hi everyone,

    I recently purchased an item in the store but I choose mistakenly the incorrect character that was supposed to receive the item. So now the item is in my other character's inbox and if I pick it up it will be bind to the incorrect one so I can't resend the item the the correct one. What should I do? I already opened the ticket in support but a GM ingame told me that I only have 24hs to fix this... I am concerned that if they don't see the support ticket today there will be nothing to do..

  2. If you made Item Misbuy -ticket within 24 hours of purchase, you have nothing to worry about.

    Only items bought with coins have this support. It's not available on items that are purchased with points.
