Shattrath Flask of Relentless Assault

Why are the Shattrath Flask of Relentless Assault the only flask not currently sold by the reputation vendor? Can we get a petition to get it asap? If in original TBC it was the only flask to get introduced by phase 3 it is dumb and unnecessary to reproduce.

If you have some evidence that this was made available at the same time others that were included, but this was missed, open a Bug Report.
If you don't have anything, or if it was included at a later phase, this is how it's going to be.
