WotLK Item purchased with points and sent to wrong account

Hi support,

Big please, I accidentally purchased a tank cloak: "Titanskin Cloak" for Dzarmakilbe character, in stead of my Dzarmakill character. Could you please take the mail back on Dzarmakilbe and send it to Dzarmakill? The item shall become souldbound if I take it from mail. It is my first purchase and I really need the cloak on Dzarmakill.
If you can do this I shall strongly consider to support through donation.
