WotLK can i play normaly warmane icecrown from Germany ( munchen )

i just started living in Germany and i need help , cuz germany is strict about piracy so how do you guys play from germany do you use something to download/play game cuz im not sure about downloading and playing , i was playin warmane before in Bosnia but there is no law about piracy i dont wanna get fine for that... if someone is from Germany and can help :/

Just download it in Bosnia, and then, easy play in German.....its private server...nothing is ilegal there..gl

Playing on warmane isnt ilegal, but downloading from torrent in germany is ilegal. He just needs to download it from somewhere else
