Suggestion: CD on Flying Mount

Maybe this will for some be controversial, but the experience in the open world, would be much bigger, if the people have to interact with the environment.

Fly Mounts just "neutral" the threat/risk of the open world and killing the open world pvp.

My suggestion: You can fly for 15 seconds (with this you can reach every point that is neccessary) and have an 45-60sec cooldown to mount up the fly mount again, until then, it has to be done with the normal mount

Or maybe you and anyone else who wants to can do that while thre rest carries on as usual?
If anything else Isle of Quel'danas doesnt allow flying so just a wait a "patch" or two and have your wish granted.
