WotLK Chambermaid Pillaclencher spawn [Look at the Size of It!] quest help

During the quest [Kill 'Em With Sleep Deprivation] in Searing Gorge you're supposed to steal 20 Dark Iron Pillows and while doing the quest Sleepy Dark Iron Worker should yell "Our pillas! Someone has stolen our pillas!" then figting a patrol. About 5mins after, same thing and another 5mins after the elite Chambermaid should spawn. Killing her would spawn a big pillow on the ground, picking it up starts the quest mentioned in the title.

Been doing this quest for an hour or more and just couldn't make her to spawn nor the sleepy workers to yell.
Is the quest removed or is it just bugged? Will there ever be a fix of it?

Yes, indeed, I was doing the quest, and during its execution, Chambermaid Pillaclencher did not spawn. Can anyone confirm whether this quest is actually in the game and working, or has it been removed?

I think the problem is as follows: In the quest "Kill 'Em With Sleep Deprivation," we need to collect 20 pillows. But only 8 pillows spawn at a time. I suspect there should be 10 pillows spawning instead of 8. When collecting the first 10 pillows, the first event should trigger: mobs appear and go to sleep. Once they reach their bunks, they despawn, and new pillows appear. Then, after picking up another 10 pillows, a second event triggers, spawning an elite mob. I'm not entirely sure, but I assume this is how it should work because currently, the quest itself doesn't feel logical.

Right now, we have to pick up 8 pillows, then wait 5-8 minutes for them to respawn, pick up another 8, and wait again, because we have a total of 16 but need 20. This means you have to wait around 10 to 20 minutes just for respawns. Blizzard has made some strange quests before, but I've done enough quests to confidently say Blizzard wouldn't intentionally design a quest where you have to wait at a single location just for respawns. Therefore, in my opinion, the quest "Kill 'Em With Sleep Deprivation" isn't working correctly. As a result, the event isn't triggered, the elite mob doesn't spawn, and you can't receive the follow-up quest mentioned earlier.
