I know this thread is a few months old but ill reply just incase anybody else is looking for the answer.
As long as you're using the official 'Gifting' feature on the Warmane website to send/recieve those coins I do not think it is against the rules.
I will add that there is a fee for sending the coins, so it may not be as attractive of an option as just paying with gold in game.

Coin Gifting system is solely for gifts, buying or selling Coins is completely forbidden, anyone reported or found to be advertising the buy and sell of gift coins will be banned. This rule applies to both advertising ingame, the forum, 3rd party websites and anywhere else. It is forbidden to advertise coin-paid service advertisements.
