WotLK Can I transfer a character from one account to another?

I have 2 account. Created my second one because it took me some time to figure out the email and pass on the old. I have access to both.
I'd like to see if it's possible to transfer my character from the old one to the new that I am currently using.
Is tat possible?
I have just one Troll Shaman there, named Dokeshi.
If possible let me know what I need to do, please.

No, you would have to put the shaman up for sale on one account and buy it from the other which would cost you money.
