Technical Quel Delar quest chain problem.

Hello! I was doing the quests of the quel delar quest chain and reached the point of going to the sunwell for The Purification of Quel Delar. I went to the Sunwell and listened to the two blood elf NPC's talking, after which they told me to reclaim the sword from the Sunwell. I right clicked it, but it only opened me an empty item box, after which Quel Delar disappeared and is nowhere to be found in the Sunwell. I cannot complete the quest and the chain as a whole. I'm providing a screenshot with me at the Sunwell with the active quest incomplete and the main NPC inactive.

I the character is Kirork and it's in the Icecrown realm.

Maybe try without a raid group?

Unfortunately my Quel Delar quest item has disappeared from my bags when i've clicked on it to dip it in the Sunwell for the quest. It's gone.

Abandon the quest and pick it up again.

That worked, thank you! I was scared I wasnt gonna be able to start it again because I had absolutely nothing of Quel Delar in my bags but it worked and starting the quest again gave me a new item.
