WotLK Stuck at retrieving character list

as I said in title, I'm stuck at retrieving character list when I log in my account for WOTLK , last night everything was fine but today after login in my account I faced this problem, any help how to solve this problem? thanks

any help? I tried everything, redownload the game, deleting entire cache and relaunch, moving the interface and WTF folder to somewhere else and relaunch it again, checking my config.wtf file, I don't know what else should I do

Is the client basic 3.3.5 without edits (patches, models) and downloaded from https://www.warmane.com/download ?

General "can't login" guide:

1. Restart your PC.
2. Close and exit torrent.
3. Move your WoW -folder to other folder, away from Torrent's Download folder.
4. Right click WoW -Folder, select properties, un-check "Read-only" and Apply.
5. If you get prompt, Apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files and click OK.

7. Login by using username, not email.

If you still can't login, either it's temporary network issue, or your ISP is blocking the connection. Trying VPN might be the only option at that point.

I can login to every server but Ice crown. hangs, then spits back to server select!
