There have been several over the years unfortunately they are inactive or disbanded, some active twinks and always the possibility of making a serious project. However if you want to do PvP the brackets are not separated and therefore ruined by the 69/79. If you want a project already in place, you have Ape on Icecrown who does all the vanilla content every week.
