WotLK IP adress ban

Greetings,
my account was IP banned probably for advertisement, I wrote several mails on [email protected] and they always responded that my IP ban was removed. However IP ban is still place on my account and I can log in to game only wthen using VPN and I can not use anything on warmane website (donate, trade, store service, etc) I do not even know why was I suspended - is it ilegal to look for characters in game who I would buy in warmane trade system?. I was just serching for paladin, who would have specific gear (there was not any on warmane trade so I wrote in game chats). I also did not use VPN lately, only months ago, but I was not using it when IP ban was placed. I do not know what else I can do, I wrote to [email protected] like 3+ times, responses told me that IP ban was removed from my account, same thing when I created ticket. After all emails I wrote my IP is still baned, even when it ,,was" removed 3+ times. I am confused at this point and I do not know what can I do. Is there any other problem with my account?

Try paid VPN? Free VPN is botters', hackers', cheaters' paradise. The good sign is your IP bans are being removed.

If you've, once again sent them an email, wait again for a reply.

I am using payed VPN (from Avast) after my IP was banned to log in game, but does not matter what country my VPN switches, warmane website is still banned. When I wrote them last time to [email protected], they again said IP ban was removed and they can not help more about IP ban stuff. I have 2 accounts but not providing botting or anything ilegal. Isn't it strange that when I use payed VPN it does not help when I change my IP adress?

The only way for what you describe to happen is if you're still on a banned IP. After all, what's removed is the ban on your account, not on the IP. Naturally logging in again on the same IP will have the same result.

Also, as unlikely as it sounds, maybe you somehow never had this VPN you say you use turned on when you log on the Forum (as far as I can tell Avast SecureLine VPN works on your whole connection, not by service like something such as ExitLag), but all your registered connections have been from the exact same IP by Starnet. Are you sure you're using a VPN?

Yes, even with turned on Avast VPN my accounts is still IP baned when i log in to warmane site - shouldn't my IP adress change after turned on VPN? Because it should have diffrent IP than my IP ban right? Your IP Address (000.000.000.001) has been terminated due to Advertising. When I turn on my VPN from example Island, Reykjavik it writes that my IP adress is (000.000.000.002) - I randomly wrote both IP adress, it's just for example and for not showing my real IP adress in case it is prohibited). So my IP (000.000.000.001) is hidden and Virtual IP adress is (000.000.000.002). So do you think that it does not chnage my IP adress just hide, and warmane system detects it. Do I need to use diffrent VPN? Is there chance to remove IP ban from my location? Strange is that with this VPN I can log in to game but website account is still IP baned.

If you're able to login in-game you aren't on a banned IP anymore, but you logged on at least once on a banned IP for the site to have you banned. The site filters access based on whether you are banned or not, not on what IP you are on at the moment, so changing your IP after you tried to login with a banned one won't work. Support has to remove your ban on the site, and you then have to not use a banned IP again, or it will just keep happening until Support just has enough and stops helping with that.
