When BT and Hyjal comes, and season 3 hits, do marks and honor reset to 0 or they stay as they were previously?
Will Onyxia be kept as wotlk forever when it progresses through ICC ? What will happen at the end?
When we transition to wotlk, will the gold stay on my character?

Why would honor and marks reset? I'm not sure where that question comes from.
Onyxia is a progression server that will end like all other progression servers hosted on Warmane. The toons will get a free transfer to Icecrown most likely.
The gold will stay on your character on transition to wotlk. Again not sure where that question is coming from.

Can we get a official answer about this transfer to icecrown? I heard about it but how are you gonna transfer 10k players to already full realm?

The way they have done it twice already before with Frostmourne.

They have done this every time they have run progression realms - unique names have to be changed though - last Frostmourne you had to opt in during the time frame to transfer your character or it would be deleted.
It is speculation for sure but I can't see them changing the option to move your character to Icecrown.
