Some player have my favorite name Morrowind and i have been wating like 3 years in the gold clean to take the name cause that player dont use his character with his name; he has never used that character, so i need a way to contact with that player and buy the name and guild name too. Someone can help me? or any chance to take his name?

The character is logged once a year at least to keep the name.
You'd need to contact staff directly and ask for assistance. The question is if they're willing (and allowed) to provide help in this type of a case.
You could send the character a mail each month asking if you could work things out.

I'm not aware of names ever being manually released outside of the annual cleanup. I know people have asked for it in the past. Probably the best bet is mailing the character to contact the owner.

The idea wasn't staff manually removing the names, but giving an in-game name of an active character on the account. So that people like OP, don't have to send a mail every 30 days without ever knowing if any of the mails were ever received/read.

I doubt we would want to open the door to having someone harass another player to get a name, which as far as we are concerned belongs to the character holding it.
