Forum My IP has been banned for no reason.

I stopped playing about 3 months ago, and a couple of weeks ago I tried to log in and couldn't. I found this message: This account has been blocked, but it can be unblocked. So I decided to go to the website to see the reason for the ban. When I logged in, I found this message: Your IP Address () has been suspended for 12 months 4 days due to Too many bans registered on your IP. So I appealed the way indicated in the forum to have the ban lifted. After giving my reasons and clearly stating that I don't use VPNs, nor have any reason to, the ban was lifted, but it came back instantly. It was even lifted a second time, and the same thing happened again. My ISP gives me a dynamic IP. Apparently, I'm on a ban loop. I don't know what to do because my vacation is almost over and I'd like to play again. I haven't used illegal software, much less a VPN during my time playing Warmane. If anyone knows the solution, please help me.

I can no longer appeal online as I must wait 30 days.
