WotLK Lost Access to 2FA (Authy) – Request to Disable Two-Factor Authentication

Hello Warmane Support,

I have lost access to my two-factor authentication because I formatted my device and no longer have access to the Authy app that was linked to my account.

Characters and Realms Icecrown :death knight 80 lvl gs i think 5710 Professions Jewelcrafting and Enchanting ,mage i think lvl 5 –warior Level 75 Professions Alchemy and Enchanting


I kindly request that you disable the two-factor authentication temporarily or guide me through the recovery process. I can provide any further proof of identity or account ownership if required.

Authentication can't be disabled but the mode can be reset to email from this page.
