WotLK Gems are lost?

Hi,

yesterday I posted gems into ah like ususal.

Strange thing is they didn't come back into my mail box.

Why are they lost in the aether? And how to get them back?

All auctions were cleared at yesterday's reset. All those who worked on the auctions lost their goods. Unfortunately there is no response from GM, they probably dont want to admit their mistake.
