Looking for a chill but competitive guild

I have a Nelf rogue gs: 3661 and im looking for a guild that could accept me in , I am quite experienced with raiding and I just came back from retail because i dont rly see the point in retail anymore . I'd say im quite competent at this game and would like to join a raiding team
